Why another church in Canton?
Canton sits in the center of recent growth in Cherokee County- So, we need more churches because people need Jesus! 27,000 new residents last 4 years, 31% growth since 2010 Why the name OneLife? We have one life to point people to Jesus who alone is THE way, THE truth, and THE life. But why are we who are in our 50’s and almost retirement age leading a church plant?
The American church is stagnant at best, and desperately needing renewal- a fresh movement of God’s presence. Renewal begins when the Church experiences fresh faith in Jesus Christ and the power of His glorious gospel and that spreads to the lives of those around them. This has been our path to renewal, our prayer for the church, and why we are planting OneLife Canton
